Step into David’s Monthly Chef’s Tasting — an intimate culinary experience reserved for just a few, hosted in one of North Florida’s most exclusive settings: our private Wine Room.

With seating for a maximum of 13 guests, this once-a-month journey showcases a refined 5-course menu by Chef David, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines. Chef David never repeats a menu — each evening is guided by new inspiration, revealed only on the day of the tasting.

$140 per guest (food)

$60 wine pairing

Plus tax and gratuity.
