We’re thrilled to announce our new 5-Course Tasting Menu, inspired by your feedback and crafted to elevate your dining experience with David’s most popular dishes. Enhance your meal with our expertly curated wine pairing for just $30.
THE MENU:
1st: Hamachi crudo, gooseberries leche de tigre, ponzu pico de Gallo.
2nd: Sear scallop, tarragon beurre blanc, caviar.
3rd: Grilled octopus, chimichurri sweet plantain, bacon & cheese croquette, salsa brava, compressed cucumber, passion fruit gel.
4th: 24 hour braised compressed oxtail, parsnip purée, oxtail demi-glace.
5th: Seasonal Cheesecake.
$90 per person for the tasting menu, with the wine pairing available for an additional $30.
